DAO
The DAO is the verified governance body for eligible participants in good standing.
DAO eligibility is based on verified ecosystem access, permanent FTS identity reference, category rules, participation history, and good standing.
Voting rights, vote caps, participation requirements, and proposal windows are defined by the protocol rules and governance documents.
DAO decisions cannot override immutable chain rules, FTS, DDRS, staking, identity, compliance, or public/private data boundaries.
Public DAO views show proposal summaries and aggregate vote totals. Individual votes and voter identities are not public.
