FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Short answers about TrustDAG, TDAG, FTS, presale fairness rules, and official support paths.

Why is the blockchain called TrustDAG?

Because TrustDAG integrates FTS, a chain-level Fair Trust Score engine designed to build trust between strangers and businesses.

Is TDAG a coin or a token?

TDAG is the native utility coin of the TrustDAG Layer 1 blockchain. The word tokenomics is used as an industry term for supply and allocation structure.

Is FTS linked to a wallet?

No. FTS is linked to a unique cryptographic permanent ID. One ID may control multiple wallets, but one wallet may only be linked to one ID.

Is personal information stored on-chain?

No. KYC/AML verification data stays off-chain. The chain uses cryptographic identity references and public aliases.

When does the countdown start?

The dynamic phase countdown starts at Phase 3. Rankings remain visible earlier as empty placeholders until confirmed support data exists.

Can DAO or the founder change core FTS rules?

Core FTS rules are designed to remain outside DAO, Founder, Core Team, and Developer control. Improvements can be made, but not to corrupt the core purpose of the FTS engine.

What is DAGy?

DAGy is a planned closed reward unit. It cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged. When used, it is burned and the burn must be verifiable on-chain.

Does TrustDAG offer presale bonuses or discounts?

No. There are no bonuses, no discounts, no private discounts, and no preferential coin-value adjustments at any time during the presale.

Can insiders receive a better TDAG price?

No. Published phase pricing applies. There are no insider price preferences, private price arrangements, or special value reductions.

Can a presale timer be extended?

No. Timers are not extended, with no exception. Phase mechanics apply as published.

What happens to unreserved TDAG native coins?

Unreserved coins roll into the next phase until the final phase. After Phase 6, any remaining unreserved TDAG native coins are permanently burned on-chain.

Is there an external presale website?

No. TrustDAG does not use external presale websites. The official website is trustdag.com and the official support path is trustdag.com/GET_TDAG.

Where can I download the whitepaper?

The current public Whitepaper v1.3 PDF is available from the homepage, the GET TDAG page, and the Whitepaper page.
