Treasury Transparency

Treasury Transparency

Treasury Transparency provides public accounting context, public attestations, and high-level treasury visibility without exposing private keys, private signers, or private operational details.

Public transparency

Public treasury views are designed around aggregate accounting, public attestations, and root-bound reporting.

High-value Treasury multisig voting uses post-quantum signing protection where implemented, including ML-DSA-87 with SLH-DSA fallback.

Private boundaries

Private keys, individual private signing material, private board material, and sensitive operational records are not public.

Bills, notes, and Explorer visibility

Each Treasury expense will have a bill and a short explanation note.

Anyone who accesses the Explorer can see the public expense record, the related bill reference, and the explanation note when that public record is available.
